Planning: In this process plan everything!

. Determine roles and responsibilities: Assign team members to each task
. Plan for risks and changes: Identify the project risks and changes and make a plan for them

Executing: In this process monitor and control your project.

. Manage process: Monitor and control the process of the project to solve problems and stay on track
. Communicate: Communicate by ( Email, Chat, or Meeting)
. Make adjustments: Try to adjust everything in the project


Closing: Close the project after finishing all tasks and processes

. Ensure all tasks have been completed: Complete all milestones, tasks and processes
. Confirm acceptance of the project outcome: Give Confirmation from stakeholders and sponsor
. Reflect on lessons learned: Make documentation from every step and experiences
